KEY PROJECT INFORMATION

Following on from our success at London Wall Place, the Salters Hall re-development was awarded to Eneteq. This project was located in Central London and connected to the existing Citigen district heat energy network via a buried pipe system laid in the public highway. This was a complex project and involved confined space working at an excavation depth of 5.2m.

Eneteq was responsible for all liaison and applications for permits required to carry out works in the highway and attended all necessary coordination meetings with main contractor or local authority. We also dealt effectively with the restricted access to site and work areas and the complex logistics which were in operation on this site due to its location in a busy area of central London.

Following the high level design provided by its customer, Eneteq demonstrated its expertise in designing the complex pipe routing and fabricating bespoke joint casings to suit the evolving works.
