PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Eneteq are appointed to Eon as provider of 24/7 reactive maintenance across all of their UK heat networks. Our responsibility is to respond within designated time frames to all network emergency service calls where a problem has arisen that requires immediate action. Once on site Eneteq technicians identify and assess the fault, make safe the network before facilitating the required repair works.

KEY PROJECT INFORMATION

Eneteq have in house technicians working on a rota based system to provide a nationwide reactive response unit. The highly trained and competent technicians have instant 24/7 access to our UK stock of materials to prevent delaying the required works, as well as our own plant and tooling to ensure the correct equipment is available whatever time it is required.

Our close partnership with Mittel is extended through our UK workshop facility where we have our own hot plate allowing us to manufacture any size, shape or configuration of HDPE jacket should there a special unit be required or in the case that a standard fitting was not readily available in the UK.
